Sound Swarm is owned and operated by Rob Beck (DJ Swarm). Having grown up surrounded by music his entire life, Rob has a plethora of genres he can pull from during his sets. Similarly, he enjoys all types of music from around the globe. As a dedicated father and husband, music is a large part of family life. From reworking a new track or teaching his son to play the drums, to just sitting down and playing guitar, the Beck household is filled with sound. He enjoys spending time with his wife (Alyssa) and sons (Aden and Mathis).

Rob got his start playing in bands as a guitarist in his teens. He constantly strives to learn new instruments and engage new sounds. Having eventually traveled Europe and Africa, he has developed a musical mind that engages people from every walk of life. He enjoys feeding off of his audience. The energy produced during his set is what keeps him focused on being the best that he can be. With a full line of lighting, audio and mixing equipment, as well as over 30,000 songs, we have everything we need to rock your party right. Whether looking for a traditional wedding reception set, a thumping party night, or a chill atmosphere, Sound Swarm is committed to making your event the best.

Rob was an excellent DJ at our wedding in October. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help with everything that came up the day of the wedding that we had overlooked.
